Hosting through Cloudflare Pages

This privacy notice applies to this ACON corporate website, including its pages.dev previews and language versions. The static HTML, CSS, JavaScript and images are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and delivered through its network. Requests for this website are not forwarded to the former company server.

Delivery and security require processing connection and request data, including IP address, date and time, requested URL and technical browser information. The purposes are to provide the website reliably, diagnose errors and prevent attacks and misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website.

Recipients, transfers and retention

Hosting is provided through Cloudflare, including Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, its participating group companies and subprocessors. Processing outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the USA, is possible. Technical data retention depends on the delivery and security purposes and legal obligations of the services used. This static website maintains no visitor database or application logs of its own. Cloudflare’s privacy information explains its retention criteria.

Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we use your information to handle your request and communicate with you. Depending on the context, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We retain information only as long as necessary to handle your request or meet legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This website itself does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not load external fonts or tracking services. Technically necessary functions of the hosting provider may involve separate processing.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority. Please send requests to office@acon-company.at.
